Great location and delicious breakfast
I loved the unbeatable location, just steps from the Grand Bazaar and tram lines. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide range of options that changed daily, keeping my mornings exciting. The room could have been more spacious for a family stay.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed the spacious triple room, and the rain shower felt luxurious after our long days exploring. Breakfast offered a good Turkish spread with lots of variety. Just a heads-up, front desk communication could use some polish. Still, it was nice.

The fact that it is close to the so called "russian area" of istanbul which is the true shopping center of the old Istanbul
This hotel used to be good and I have been a faithful customer for the last 12 years. Not anymore. Specifically, the staff is constantly looking at your bill and canceling your room access card, despite the fact that they had on file my credit card. Im an international premier customer and I really didn't appreciate the way this hotel handled my clientele. This was the last time I wasted my money there.

can't wait to come back
The location was super convenient, right near the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. Our room had air conditioning, a minibar, and a tv. The bathroom was nice with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was a buffet with tasty cold options and friendly service. Reception even lent us an umbrella.

The location is unbeatable-close to the Grand Bazaar and the tram system made getting around easy. We felt at home, especially when the staff prepared breakfast items for us before the usual hours due to our early flight.

The hotel had triple rooms which were very useful for a family of six. They were able to put us up in adjoining rooms and that gave us relative privacy and comfort for all six of us. The bathroom was perfect, strong showers, simple lines and worked well. The front desk was very helpful, Mustafa, in particular. We had a great trip and the location allowed us to walk to the sights in the Old City or take the tram right outside. Both worked well. Location right next to the Doubletree on Ordu Cadessi.
No real complaints, they met our needs. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were adequate, not large, not small. Windows effective in shutting out any noises.

The service was great in all departments. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Very good wi-fi.
The room had no view and was a bit on the small side. The bathroom was very disappointing. The shower is only 50cm wide and there is definitely no hydro massage - the spouts are there but the water pressure is so low one can only use one spout at a time. Bathroom is pretty and very clean though.

Good location, room was fine for what I needed and clean. Breakfast was adequete.
There was no blanket on the bed just an empty duvet cover which was a bit strange. There was no internal lock on the door which I was a bit uncomfortable with as a female, however this was the same at another hotel I stayed at in Istanbul.
